A Poem to My Heart.

To my heart.

I'm sorry for my coldness.

I regret the pain I caused you.

I am sorry for not listening to you.

I regret the nights I left you to cry alone.

I apologize for the lonely nights.

I'm sorry for trying to numb your pain.

I regret the times I ignored your needs.

I promise to listen and honor your needs.

I promise to sing more often.

I will fight harder for your happiness.

I promise to turn your pain into hope.

I will care for you- with kindness.

And from today until my last breath,

I promise to be gentle with you.

I am sorry to my heart.

Love

Mory Carballo

This poem is dedicated to my heart. I was not educated enough or smart enough to understand that the body speaks to us. We often ignore our bodies. In our hardest season, our bodies will tell us when to stop and when to continue. Even when we hardly listen, our hearts sometimes tell us more than we can hear.

Mory Carballo

It’s simple: every day is a new beginning. Every day truly offers a fresh start! I once believed that success required a specific image or way of speaking. However, I've learned that as adults, we have the power to reshape our lives and become who we aspire to be. This journey of self-discovery is exciting and empowering! In this bio, I want to share a glimpse of my journey and the possibilities that lie ahead. Embrace every day with optimism and enthusiasm for the wonderful experiences that await! So, to summarize in this bio, this is me. all this and more every day.
